Peak Fall Migration – Bird Walk

Are you looking for an opportunity to experience the peak of fall migration? Well, Oxbow, Inc. has you covered! Join us for a bird walk through the Oxbow Nature Conservancy on September 5, 2026 to experience this incredible season! This trip will be led by Oxbow, Inc. board member and skilled birder, Erich Baumgardner.

During the trip, the group will be looking for warblers and other migrating songbirds, shorebirds, eagles, ospreys, herons, egrets, and early waterfowl moving through. September is one of the best months of birding at the Oxbow Nature Conservancy, so you do not want to miss this opportunity! Attendees should meet at the upper parking lot of the Oxbow Nature Conservancy located at 17160-17278 Reardon Dr, Lawrenceburg, IN 47025. The walk will be at a birders pace.
