Family Fun Science Night

Science is everywhere! Spend time outdoors exploring sensory activities on a short night hike and discover the secrets of our local nocturnal wildlife through interactive games at Caldwell Nature Center, 430 West North Bend Rd, on Saturday, March 16 from 6:30 – 9:00pm.
Indoors, participants rotate through stations performing experiments with family members and assisting as audience members for some group demonstrations. Basic chemistry and physics are presented and much of the supplies used are found in your own kitchen!
Light refreshments are served and before departing, every family group receives a take home packet that includes supplies to create a science project that you can enjoy watching over several days!
Family members ages 8 and up are welcome accompanied by an adult(s).
The Women Sharing the Outdoors committee of the Izaak Walton League of America (IWLA) and the Naturalists of Caldwell Nature Center with Cincinnati Parks are teaming up for this partnership program.
The non-refundable program cost is $15 per family of four or $5 per person.
