Food Systems Circularity Series
Does your organization grow, distribute, or buy locally produced food? Do you reduce, divert, or process food waste?
We want to help you communicate about the impact that food systems work has on our climate through reducing greenhouse gas emissions!
That’s where our Food Systems Circularity series comes in, featuring our Local Food Climate Impact Calculator and other assessment and communication tools.
Green Umbrella member Data Bloom created the Local Food Climate Impact Calculator in partnership with Green Umbrella programs the Food Policy Council and the Common Orchard Project, and we now share it with the rest of our members.
We also work with partners like Hamilton County ReSource to identify existing tools to evaluate and track other climate impacts of our food system efforts.
You can view the components of the series, including webinars, our Calculator, and other relevant resources below. Get started using the Calculator with the step-by-step guided activity today!
