Tincture Making Workshop

In this hands-on workshop, local herbalist Meghan Henshaw will explain the science and tradition behind tinctures (ie. alcohol-based medicinal extracts) and demonstrate how to make them. Participants will learn about a variety of medicinal plants and create their own tinctures to add to their home apothecary. Class size is small so there will be plenty of time for questions and personalized support as participants learn about herbal medicine, all while drinking tea in Meghan’s herbal apothecary.
