State of the Trees Address
November 30, 2023 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Join us for a powerhouse discussion on the status of the health of our region’s trees. What lies ahead in terms of insect and disease challenges, climate adaptability, and future selections for planting? How are our current trees performing at our regional Arboreta and Botanical Gardens? Weโll answer all of these questions and more as we hear from Dr. Bill Fountain (Kentucky Arborists’ Association), Joe Boggs (Ohio State University), Lindsey Purcell (Indiana Arborist Association), and moderator, Kristopher Stone (Boone County Arboretum).
Q&A with panelists follows presentations.
