Campbell County River Sweep

The Ohio River Sweep is an annual cleanup that extends the entire length of the Ohio River. Since 1989, ORSANCO has gathered thousands of volunteers across six bordering states that have come together to pick up trash along the river and its tributaries.
Volunteers are provided with all supplies needed to clean up the riverside area, including a FREE t-shirt. The 2024 Campbell County River Sweep is scheduled for Saturday, May 25, 10-12 PM, at General James Taylor Park (100 Riverboat Row, Newport, KY 41071).
