Outdoors for All Expo Gear Sale & Donation Drop Off (Paddlefest 2025)
Our good friends at Adventure Crew are once again sponsoring the Paddlefest Outdoors for All Expo on August 1 starting at 4PM at the Schmidt Recreation Complex. The Sierra Club Miami Group will be there with our annual Gear Sale, as well as our information booth where you can learn all about our environmental advocacy, educational and outings programs.
Sierra Club is again collecting donations of gently used outdoor clothing and gear for the sale. Your donation will not only promote reuse, but encourage others to get out and enjoy the outdoors. Hiking, backpacking, paddle sports, skiing and cycling clothing and gear in good condition is all welcome. (No sporting goods – baseball, soccer, etc. – please.) All proceeds from our booth will go to the Miami Group.
Donations can be dropped off at 7291 Ridge Ave, Cincinnati OH at the following dates and times (if none of these work for you contact Barry Randall at brandall715@yahoo.com to arrange for pickup or a drop-off time and location):
• Wednesday July 9, 12PM – 2PM
• Thursday July 17, 4PM – 6PM
• Saturday July 26, 10AM – 12PM
