Marshmallow Harvesting Class

Learn about the medicinal uses of marshmallow (Althaea officinalis) & sustainability in herbalism while drinking a tea featuring marshmallow, all while surrounded by the bounty of the Melrose Medicinal Garden. Attendees will watch a marshmallow root harvest & processing demonstration then leave with marshmallow seeds to plant in their 2027 garden.
