IWLA FUNdraiser on March 22: Buffet Dinner, Raffles Galore & Open Bar!

There’s no better way to cure cabin fever from these long days of winter then to join other outdoor conservation and recreation supporters at the annual fundraiser of the Izaak Walton League of America, Mt. Healthy Chapter (near Northgate Mall).
Proceeds provide funding for educational programs and events such as fishing clinics, sport shooting classes (archery, etc), conservation stewardship projects and nature outings attended by local families, scouts and organized youth groups.
The FUN begins when the doors open at 5pm.
Grab a drink and snacks before you head to the silent auction area to view the numerous tables of themed baskets and specialty items. There’s something there for every member of the family especially those with hunting and outdoor recreational interests! If chance raffles are more your style, purchase tickets for the bucket drop, split the pot, reverse bingo and deck of cards draw to name a few. The prizes for these raffles are just as awesome and sought after. Have I mentioned the gun raffles yet?….hopefully you have room for a few extra on your gun rack!By 6pm, you will have worked up an appetite for the dinner buffet with a delicious variety of appetizers, salad, main entrees, side dishes and delectable desserts. But no worries about staying idle for too long because the dart target, silent auctions, and spin the wheel raffles keep it FUN and entertaining.
The highlight of the evening is the live auction that includes handcrafted items, jewelry, vacation/entertainment packages, gift certificates and just for FUN, some unique items! The highest bidders on specific items receive a key for a chance to win another great auction item. It’s a nail biting moment.
This March 22 event will be held in the Mt. Healthy IWLA Chapter Hall at 3504 Bevis Lane, 45251 in Colerain Township starting at 5pm.
The cost is $30 per person in advance and $35 at the door; kids 12 and under are FREE. Save money by inviting family/friends and reserve a table for 8 at a reduced rate of $200.
