Herbal Cocktail Hour

Join Meghan Henshaw, the herbalist behind Ocotillo Herbals, at Carriage House Farm and learn to infuse medicinal plants in alcohol to create delicious herbal cocktails at home. Attendees will learn about plants such as hibiscus, gentian, and cardamom, then have an opportunity to formulate their own infusion with provided herbs. An herbal cocktail or mocktail will be served during the class and a variety of herbal elixirs will be available for tasting.
