Great Backyard Bird Count

Join us to identify and count birds for the world-wide community science project!
Sat., 2/17, 8am-1pm, Free Public Open House Event
Inside the heated Armco Park Jones Pavilion, 1223 SR 741, Lebanon, OH 45036
All Day: bird walks, chat with experts, watch feeders, do indoor activities, explore the park
9-10:30am: bird walk with Connor Fox from Wild Birds Unlimited West Chester & Springboro
10:30-noon: Suet making (please register to guarantee a spot)
1pm: Submit official tally to birdcount.org
This event is part of a worldwide effort to identify and count birds. Can’t join us for our event? That’s okay; you can count birds anywhere on your own! In as little as 15 minutes notice the birds around you. Identify them, count them, and submit them to help scientists better understand and protect birds around the world. If you already use eBird or Merlin, your submissions over the 4-days period (2/16-2/19/24) count towards GBBC. More info can be found at https://www.birdcount.org/
