Forest Bathing
March 15 @ 10:00 am - 11:30 am
$10 – $20
We are pleased to extend a special invitation to join us for a Forest Bathing session – one of the most exciting and growing relaxation practices being used by wellness practitioners around the world.
Shinrin-Yoku (“Bathing in the Healing Elements of the Forest”) is an evidence-based practice from Japan that quiets the mind by gently re-awakening our five senses; sight, sound, taste, touch and smell. The session involves a sequence of soothing, nature-based readings, moments of stillness and poetry that will be led by Pam Lowe Cho, ANFT-Certified Forest Therapy Guide and Executive Coach.
You’ll learn nature therapy techniques that you can seamlessly integrate into your daily life, both at work and home. The 90-minute forest bathing program will include an overview/introductions by Pam. The slow, guided walk is designed to help calm our minds and bodies.
Pam Lowe Cho led a beautiful, sold-out Forest Bathing session through Imago’s trails last year. You don’t want to miss this unique opportunity to reap the rewards of reconnecting with the serenity of nature.
