Peter Huttinger works with traditional organic farming best-practices but explores the evolving methods of Permaculture and regenerative agriculture practices – how they can provide healthy food for neighborhoods and encourage healthy lifestyles.
Peter is an advocate for connecting people to their food through collaborative work and innovative urban land use. His emphasis is on experiential learning, civic engagement, and teaching biological agricultural practices.
Through neighborhood-centered initiatives Peter’s goal is to create collaborative urban gardens that provide in-depth, immersive hands-on gardening experiences for residents, creating new opportunities for diverse communities to learn and share their cultural heritages.
