A Day at Lake Cowan with Sierra Club Miami Group

Join us for a relaxing family-friendly day at Lake Cowan. We’ll have boats to borrow, or bring your own!

We meet next to the main beach (South Shore, not the campground beach) at around noon – look for the Sierra Club flag! We will have at least 3 stand-up paddleboards, two kayaks, 2 canoes and one small sailboat to share. We will also have extra PFD’s for use. PFD’s must be worn when you are on the water. If you have a boat and want to bring it, please do so.

Bring a chair, something to drink and a snack.

We will finish up about 4. There is also a sailboat race in the afternoon to watch.
