Little Farmers Storytime – The Life Cycle of A Butterfly

Join us every Thursday on the farm for some fun in the garden with your preschooler while practicing early reading skills!

This 1 hour class is designed for emergent readers ages 3 – 5 years and builds connections between the five senses, caring for farm animals, planting and growing food, pollinators, bugs, farm machines, and more with early literacy components (reading, writing, listening, speaking, viewing, and visualization).

Each class will begin with a song/story/activity component indoors and continue with a trip to the garden or farmyard.

This is a fun, age-appropriate class with lots of hands-on activities for a child/caregiver team paired with the best in children’s literature.
