Rob is a partner in the Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky offices of Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP, where he has practiced in the Environmental and Litigation Practice Groups for over 30 years. In 2017, Rob received the Right Livelihood Award, known as the “Alternative Nobel Prize,” for his decades of work on behalf of those injured by PFAS chemical contamination. Rob is the author of the book, “Exposure,” and his story is the inspiration for the motion picture, “Dark Waters,” starring Mark Ruffalo as Rob. His story is also featured in the documentary, “The Devil We Know.” Rob is a graduate of New College in Sarasota, Florida where he serves on the Alumni Board, and has a Juris Doctor degree from the Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. Rob also serves on the Board of Less Cancer and is a frequent speaker on environmental issues at colleges, universities, law schools, and community groups locally, nationally, and internationally. Rob resides in Crescent Springs, Kentucky with his wife and three sons.
