Christy Nageleisen leads Cintas’s sustainability programs and strategy, aligning them with the company’s vision, values, and goals. She is passionate about advancing sustainability performance and engaging with internal and external partners to identify opportunities, and to implement strategies that enhance Cintas’s environmental, social, and governance impact throughout the world. Christy grew up in the Greater Cincinnati area and received her undergraduate degree from Thomas More College (now Thomas More University) before obtaining her J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law. As a lifelong resident, she is enthusiastic about being on the Green Umbrella Board where she can help support climate and environmental initiatives that help preserve the natural beauty of the region in which she was fortunate to be raised and also raise her own family.
