As 2020 comes to a close, we reflect on the
progress and the challenges we've faced during this turbulent year. Thanks to your engagement, support, and efforts, we continue to
serve Greater Cincinnati in meeting the climate challenges ahead. We are proud to announce that our
Building Members, who have committed to sharing their data, surpassed our goal
of 75% of our square footage reporting - with 81% now reporting
their energy usage. As a result, we will soon be able to share our very first
Cincinnati 2030 District report! Our Professional Partners,
Community Partners and Building Members have continued to collaborate on our Impact Teams throughout the year, sharing resources and knowledge to develop and fine-tune strategies that support our ambitious goals, including our soon to launch Building Walk-Through
program. And our Occupant Health Team is creating the first ever 2030 District Occupant Health Pillar for our district members.
We couldn’t sustain this important work without
the support of our donors, sponsors and member organizations, so as we continue
strive toward our 50% reduction goals, we wanted to take a moment to thank
you. Your commitment to reaching our District goals makes the Cincinnati
2030 District what it is today. We hope you will join us at Green Umbrella's 2020 Annual Meeting on December 14 (from 9:30 to 10:30 am) to celebrate a year of growth, challenge and accomplishment, and hear what's in store for 2021.
