Overview:
The Greater Cincinnati Earth Coalition is looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Promoter to enhance the visibility and engagement of the Greater Cincinnati Earth Day Festival. This role involves utilizing various social media platforms to promote the festival, engage with the community, and highlight the importance of environmental awareness.

Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
Develop engaging and creative content for social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) to promote the festival and its activities.
Create visually appealing graphics, videos, and posts that align with the festival’s theme, “Our Planet, Our Power.”

Community Engagement:
Interact with followers, respond to inquiries, and encourage community participation in festival events and contests.
Foster a positive and informative online presence to increase festival awareness and engagement.

Campaign Management:
Plan and execute social media campaigns to boost attendance and involvement in the festival.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of social media campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.

Collaboration:
Work closely with the festival organizers to ensure accurate and timely dissemination of event details.
Coordinate with local influencers and community organizations to broaden the festival’s reach.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in social media promotion and content creation.
Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their respective audiences.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Passion for environmental issues and community engagement.

Compensation: $600, paid on the day of the event
