Overview:
The Greater Cincinnati Earth Coalition is seeking an organized and proactive individual to manage registration and event logistics for the Greater Cincinnati Earth Day Festival. This role is crucial to ensuring a smooth and successful event, focusing on efficient participant registration and seamless logistical coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
Registration Management:
Oversee the registration process for exhibitors, volunteers, and participants, ensuring all necessary information is collected and accurately recorded.
Respond to registration inquiries and provide support to participants leading up to the event.

Logistics Coordination:
Plan event logistics by assigning booth locations, producing booth a location map, and answering exhibitor questions before the event.
Ensure all event materials and communications are prepared and distributed as needed.

On-Site Coordination:
Manage on-site check-in on the day of the event, ensuring a welcoming and efficient process for all attendees.
Work closely with volunteers and staff to address any logistical issues that arise during the event.
Communication:
Maintain clear and effective communication with exhibitors, vendors, and participants regarding event details and logistics.
Collaborate with the event planning team to ensure all logistical needs are met.

Qualifications:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Experience in event planning or logistics coordination is preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Passion for environmental events and community engagement.
Compensation: $600, paid on the day of the event
