SUMMARY:Foundations in Herbalism Program
DESCRIPTION:Are you interested in learning how medicinal plants can support your wellness and vitality? Perhaps you have taken online herbal classes and are ready for an in-person experience or are entirely new to herbalism and looking for practical\, hands-on skills taught in a supportive environment. In this eight month course\, students will learn from Meghan Henshaw of Ocotillo Herbals as she combines hands-on medicine-making skills\, small-scale growing knowledge\, and clinical experience to create an accessible and fun herbal program. Each class is focused on a specific topic and students learn first in a sit-down classroom setting\, then spend hands-on time in the apothecary and in the garden.
