Learn about different types of energy audits, renewable energy choices and PACE financing for nonprofits. There will be opportunities for focused conversations in smaller breakout sessions.

Andy Holzhauser: a Partner with Donovan Energy has extensive experience in the private and non-profit sectors as an entrepreneur and at large corporations. In 2009 Andy founded the Greater Cincinnati Energy Alliance (GCEA) where he served as CEO until July 2016 before joining Donovan Energy.  Donovan Energy is a clean energy project development firm that assists clients with LED lighting upgrades, electric vehicle charging stations, whole-building energy upgrades and PACE financing. Andy is president of the Board of Green Umbrella and Treasurer of OTR Foundation.

Chris JonesPACE Financing Consultant at Bicker & Ecker, has over 20 years of experience working in the environmental energy efficiency consulting and was previously director of PACE Financing at the Greater Cincinnati Energy Alliance.  He began in the Cincinnati area inspecting and safety testing residential and commercial structures. For 10 years Chris owned and operated a residential home inspection company, personally inspecting over 6,000 homes ranging from new construction to 150+ year old structures.

Justin Kale: co-founded Energility in 2015 providing energy management services to non-profits, small businesses, and commercial enterprises. He has a background in commercial real estate spending 15 years with Hines in a 1.4M SF Class-A high-rise office tower and parking structure where he worked with the facility engineering team. For 4+years, he consulted on energy efficiency projects for commercial and industrial clients for AMP-Ohio’s Efficiency Smart program. Justin holds Certified Energy Manager (CEM) and Systems Maintenance Technician (SMT) designations.

Monica Niehaus: has been with Melink Solar for one year and brings six years of prior sales experience to the team as a Business Development Manager. Her responsibilities include working with commercial building owners, religious organizations, municipalities, schools, businesses, and non-profits to implement solar at their facilities. Monica creates feasibility analyses to help customers estimate the long term savings and benefits of transitioning to solar power.
