Winter Woodcarving

Try your hand at one of the oldest forms of art during Beginner Woodcarving Classes at Farbach-Werner Nature Preserve. The two-session classes are January 18 and 25 from 6:30-9 p.m. or January 20 and 27 from 9 a.m.-noon.

Experienced instructors with the Cincinnati Carvers Guild will teach how to carve a small decorative shelf goose in a natural finish. Carvers may bring own knife or purchase one from an instructor.

Classes are for ages 16 and up. Cost is $16 per person. Registration is required by January 12 at https://www.greatparks.org/calendar.
