R. Alan Wight, Ph.D., is an adjunct professor at the University of Cincinnati, the Christ College of Nursing, and Cincinnati State Technical and Community College where he teachers a variety of Education, Professional Development, Social Science, Food, and Agriculture courses. Alan’s dissertation examines the types of learning and education that occur within the CSA context. He works with schools and communities to promote sustainable agricultural and raise our collective food consciousness.
