Margaret Mary Case Study 

GCR Food Policy Council's Good Food Distribution and Procurement work group

This case study is a recitation of the efforts of one greater-Cincinnati hospital, Margaret Mary Health, in procuring local fruits and vegetables. This paper highlights the challenges, lessons learned, and next steps and opportunities that have come out of the process.
